Small Group Training
This is a full-time Strength program run at Studio Fit in Richmond Hill Georgia
Classes are 1 hour and size is limited to 8 lifters with a ratio of 1 coach to 4 lifters. This ensures high quality coaching and individualized attention.
Programming is done for you. All you have to do is show up and follow the plan.
